Stéphane Riel has over 20 years of experience working primarily in the areas of real estate law, corporate law and business law. He also has advanced expertise in business startups, namely the purchase and sale of businesses and commerical financing.
His other areas of expertise include counselling in intergenerational transfers, estate planning and corporate reorganization matters.

Since graduating from the University of Ottawa with his diploma in Notarial Law (D.D.N.) in 1990 and his Law degree (LL.L.) in 1989, Mr. Riel remains aware of the importance of maintaining a high level of competence to ensure the confidence of his clients. He, therefore, does not hesitate to improve his knowledge and has attended several specialized courses including business and corporate law, and strategic analysis of business management.
