Notary in Gatineau since 1977, his practice is mainly in real estate but also in wills and estate planning. Former professor at the University of Ottawa in fourth year of civil law for seven years, he is now a member of the Civil law Faculty council.Elected representative, presently in a third term of three years, by the notaries of the Outaouais region at the Chamber of Notaries of the province of Quebec, he also serves on the Verification Comity as well as on the Board of the Professional Liability Insurance Fund of the Chamber of Notaries for the province of Quebec.Former administrator of the Caisse Populaire Desjardins of Gatineau for eighteen years of which seven years was as president of the board, at the present time, he serves as administrator of a number of private corporations.
