Sworn notary in February 2011, Mtre Fraser obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of Québec in Montréal in 2005 and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Ottawa in 2010 for which her thesis research topic focused on the responsibility of notaries with respect to selling properties where the land is contaminated. In May 2010, she joined the firm of Desnoyers Laroche to complete her articling requirements.
Mtre Fraser carries over five years experience in the legal field having worked in a law firm based in Alberta.
Her areas of interest include the law of persons, real estate law and non-contentious procedures.
